Insolvency Act 1986: Info (PDF)
The Insolvency Act 1986 is the statutory piece of legislation that provides the legal platform for all matters relating to corporate and personal insolvency in the United Kingdom. Parts of the act have been updated by the Enterprise Act 2002, which came into enforcement in 2004.
